Pool was great not too crowded and hot tub was the right temp. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Ottawa. "

"Poor service. Receptionist was reclining in the chair behind the desk on his phone. Continental breakfast included eggs, white toast and waffles. Everything else there was no supplies. No cereal, milk, sausage, brown bread, English muffins, bagels were all out of stock. "
