"Clean room, staff friendly and efficient, restaurant staff need a bit more training on pouring correct drinks and serving training, food not as good as it used to be."

"When we first arrived in our room, we couldn't even open the sliding door to see the pool area (glimpses of it) and the flyscreen was ripped. I went downstairs to Reception and let them know about the damaged doors. The lady was polite and put us into another room. However, the glass door was again in need of repair. We couldn't be bothered going back to reception. The spa was out of action as it was getting repaired. We were looking forward to using that amenity. Lastly, we couldn't get to sleep on the Saturday night due to all of the noise by a group of young adults screaming and carrying on. As we had to leave by 4am the next day for a long travel home, we really were struggling to find anything good with our stay. We had stayed there a few times before but this is the last time we are going back. "

"Has no bedside tables or soap holders so leaving a wet soap on the table icked me personally. However, everything else was there. Bins, cleanliness, all of it was great"

"Parking is easy. You check in at the Hotel bar and staff are very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and has aircon. The pub food is good and well priced. Overall, a comfortable stay."

"I was actually at Executive apartments, Lux does not have 1 bedroom apartments! Roadworks and demolitions at the site made it uncomfortable, roadworks were finishing around 3am so sleep was very disrupted. Good thing was over the road from the Jeso hotel, great meals only a short walk away"

"Room was clean, bed good, pillows a little hard but some people like that. Shared bathroom was very clean. Staff were friendly, good entertainment downstairs on the night. All in all a good , good value stay. Recommend. "
