"The stay was great. We arrived in the early evening and were given a good room. I requested a roll away bed for our son. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. The room was warm (matched the weather) but a welcome fan kept the air moving. Tried to call to say we were going to be later than planned- couldn’t get a response (not good). Corridor area was very congested as there were bible/book stalls, I don’t mind the stalls but just put them where it doesn’t restrict flow of guests"
