"The property is very rural and feels very safe. Parking is easy. The buildings are a little dated but well maintained. Everything was very clean and everything worked. The bed was comfortable. The room includes a coffee maker, a microwave, a mini-refrigerator, a large TV and WiFi. I particularly liked that the WiFi did not require a password. The large chain hotels and their password schemes usually wreak havoc with my employer's VPN requirement. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. If you have business in the Mineola-Quitman area and need a clean, reasonable place to stay, I recommend this motel."

"The first room we were given had hair all in the shower and bed. The staff were very apologetic and switched rooms for us quickly."

"Staff was not very familiar with checking in and could not get me a receipt for my stay. Told me it was Expedia’s responsibility to get me a receipt, which I have NOT received as of yet!"

"Horrible stay! Elevators were not working, and I was on the 3rd floor. Changed rooms once - no heat or air. Microwave not working and replaced and needed to be replaced. Lastly, the ironing board was broken and the cover was absolutely filthy - they were both replaced! Who is regulating these places?"
