"One of the suite rooms was not clean. We had non-smoking, but it definitely smelled like smoke. The toilet paper holder was dangling from the wall. We were afraid to use it in case in broke while we stayed. There were only 2 towels left for a suite that housed 6 people. There was no hand soap to wash hands at the bathroom sink. The body wash container had been broken and was left in the shower. We did not have a good night’s rest as the location is in highly traffic area. The breakfast was okay. Nothing special. Cereal, bagel, and an option to make a waffle. Potatoes looked awful, dried and overcooked and like they had been set out for hours. Even the bathroom downstairs in the lobby didn’t have a working faucet to wash your hands. Not a place I would go back to, especially not with a family. But the front end staff was incredibly friendly. So that was a perk."
