Luogo tranquillo, belle camere, il servizio nel complesso è da 4 stelle, ma la chiusura del ristorante a sorpresa, in un giorno diverso da quello previsto come chiusura settimanale, ha posto molti problemi essendo accaduto di lunedì quando ad Urbino la maggior parte dei ristoranti è chiusa.
