Booked for two beds, got one bed...

Terrible experience, I booked this place almost a year in advance for two beds in a room but I was told a day before my check in that they don't have such room and their standard room is one bed only and that room is slightly bigger than any prison cell. When I asked support from hotels. Com they said they convinced the hotel to give me full refund after cancelation but did not solve my problem as I couldn't book another place at the last minute as every hotel was either booked or overpriced. And hotel owner called me and said they don't have such room as booked and he can cancel it and didn't help me at all. Eventually I had to stay but room was so small and from 5 am there was a lot of noise coming from some ppl up until 8 am disregarding the guests comfort and peace. Overall very miserable experience, the only good part was the receptionist guy, he was so kind, friendly and helpful.

Small, no amenities

Was not a cave hotel like i was thinking. It was very small, there was no closet, the bathroom seat was broken, there was no place to put anything in the bathroom like toothbrush etc. All and all i would not recommend this place.

Merhaba 3 gunluk kapadokya icin konaklama yaptik otel beklentilerimiz cok altindaydi hijyen acisindan cok temizdi carsaflar banyo vs fakat banyodada musluk cok zor calisiyor su akitiyor perdesi ve dar bir banyo ,perde ise biraz kısa icerisi gorunecekmi diye tedirgin olduk zaman zaman,yan odaya gelen misafirlerin sesi alelen duyuluyor. Tek camı vardi ona ragmen yinede baya havasiz bir ortami var kahvalti imkanı yok disarda yapiyorsunuz fiyat olarak uygun tabi bu fiyatlara anca bukadar.Oranin personeli sami beyden aşırı memnun kaldik cok fazla güler yuzlu ve problem cozucuydu bize rahat bir ortam saglamak icin elinden geleni yapti misafirperverligi harikaydi insanlara yaklasimina bayildik. Odada ütü ve fön makinasi yok fakat sami beyden istedik ve ikiletmeden hemen getirdi. Kendisine cok cok teşekkür ederiz bir daha gitmeyi dusunmem fakat sami bey gitmek icin fikrimde degisikligide sebep olabilir. Boyle ilgili personeller iyiki var oteli ayakta tutan tek çalışan diyebilirim.Merkeze yakin bi yer fakat cok fazla beklentiniz olmasin arada bir küçük çakıl taşları yatak uzerine düşüyor bizi pek rahatsiz etmedi gidecek olanlar bunuda göz önünde bulundurabilir.
