Our stay at this magnificent hotel was nothing short of incredible. The beautifully decorated surroundings added a touch of luxury to every moment. The highlight was undoubtedly the super delicious breakfast served each morning a true culinary delight. However, what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service provided by Burcu at the spa. Her attention to detail and care ensured that we were looked after and pampered throughout our stay. We highly recommend sacred house for anyone looking for a memorable, magical and relaxing getaway. 👍🌷✨️

Excellent stay. Highly recommended.
We enjoyed the stay very much. The service was exceptional, the room was stunning and the pool was a highlight of my stay. Thank you Emine and Nazli from front desk, who showed me around the hotel, recommended activities and showed me how to use the Turkish bath. They were patient and helpful. I highly recommended this stunning hotel with unique decor. Also would like to thank to the outstanding service provided by Hedi of Virtus restaurant. He was incredibly patient and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Not only that, but he also went above and beyond to suggest and introduce different dishes to us, which we greatly appreciated. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his recommendations were spot on. He even took the time to show us the bar, which was exquisitely designed. Overall, his service was exceptional, and he truly made our dining experience memorable. I highly recommend this staff member to anyone visiting the hotel restaurant.

Disappointing service
Beautiful hotel, however service did not live up to expectations or previous stay. No explanations of lamps in room (sounds banal, but given the old and cool rooms this is key; had to unscrew light bulbs); neither sauna nor human were operational. In door pool, but candles not lit so not great ambience. On day of departure (6:50 am; due flights) breakfast was not delivered on time; and when we chased them up we got sour commentary.

Amazing Stay
It was an amazing experience overall. We had the ‘Sultan Room’. Room was very clean and decorated really like a palace room with a fireplace kept us warm the whole night . Breakfast was amazing, dinner was really good. Staff is very kind and very helpful to make your stay pleasant. We will definetely come back!

It was really cold inside the room and the hot water wasn't enough also the floors were not clean it was icy and slippery... a bit dangerous they were supposed to clean but....

What can I say about this hotel? It was absolutely amazing and the highlight of my trip to Turkey! The decorations were breathtaking and the stuff were very accommodating. I had a very good stay here. I forgot to mention, the food in the hotel restaurant was so good too, both dinner and breakfast!

The room we got is very hot, and not as beautiful as in the picture. The bed quality is quite poor, and there were dried (does not look like a trace left after being washed to me) trace of blood on the duvet sheet. Does not worth the money.

It really is an amazing experience staying at Sacred House. Just a very unique atmosphere with the spa and the lounge/bar. They just thought everything outside of the box with a neoclassic architecture. Definitely recommend for couples who want to experience something different. A renaissance affair indeed..

Insane! Seriosuly insane. The most stunning unique hotel ive ever stayed at. Every detail feels authentic, majestic and real. I felt like i was taken back in time to a greek royal sanctuary. My solo pool tine might have been my fav part. Also the food is amazing, rooms are unreal. One for the books. I would get married here

Unique cave hotel
We stayed in mid-September. The photos do not do it justice, it is a beautiful building which has been thoughtfully decorated, with each room having its own theme. The same attention to detail has been paid to the common parts and I can't tell you how many photos I took. Take your swimming costume as you will want to swim in the pool. The staff were all very helpful - even before we arrived they made sure we had all the information we needed for the transfer and available tours - and the food was delicious. The hotel is up a quiet side road, so very peaceful location, but within a five minute walk of the town centre. There is a lot to explore in the area and there seemed to be a good range of activities to suit all age ranges.

Architecture and design of hotel breathtaking
Having stayed at the Argos at Cappadocia for the previous few days it was always going to be difficult for this hotel to match that. However, the more time we spent here the more we fell in love with it. It’s definitely quirky ! It certainly beats the bland corporate hotel chains. It is design led, but maybe at the cost of comfort - there is no air con which is a problem in summer although they do give you fans/portable air con units. Also the rooms only had a bath tub with shower attachment, no walk in shower which makes showering a little trickier. Small things - no tissues, hand soap or safe in room. On the plus side, breakfast was delicious and Fatma was a brilliant waitress! Home made jams, pastries and eggs cooked to perfection ! Looked the gothic swimming pool. Felt like I was swimming in hell with the red tiled floor and dramatic architecture !! Would definitely stay here again - maybe in the winter to experience a different side.
