"Things did not go as plan. I got the insurance for my trip thankfully but I was told upon check-in that I did not have a room because someone checked me in earlier and my trip was canceled. The FDC went to the back “got my booking situation” then gave me a room they had available, this is what I was told it was supposed to be a different rate and everything. It was not I just got off the phone they charged the the same amount and said my booking was never cancelled eventhough I have the emails to prove someone charged my card before I arrived to their property. I chose the option to pay at the property because I had never stayed there before and wanted to see the process. I never received a receipt eventhough I did fill out papers to initial and sign. I thought it would be emailed but it was not. I do not recommend because of the confusion."

"It was awful. The hotel does not look like the pictures. We were placed in a room that was smoked out before us. They covered the scent with a lot of carpet deodorizer. The cover had makeup stains on them. The towels were horrible. We resorted to going to Walmart purchasing more. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I reported the issue and was still charged full price for my room."

"There were needles left in the bathroom , CHEWED gum sitting on top of the AC unit , old crusted food/ throw up on the boxspring . I was in town for a funeral and literally had no choice but the stay here because it was the last room available in town ! There is NO staff available through the night to help or answer any questions . House keeping used her KEY to get into the room to try and clean early, thankfully I was just getting out the shower & heard someone trying to get in the door , this was at 9:40 in the morning & checkout wasn’t until 11 !!!! Crumbs left from the previous guest , it was truly awful !!! For $184 , I expected much better . When I check in , the staff was friendly , when leaving , the representative was rude . We left earlier than checked out & she still acted like she was just in such a rush for us to leave . We didn’t even have fight in us bc we were honestly grieving . This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life . The only reason I give two stars is for how nice the lady was when we checked in , other than that , A W F U L !"

"The property was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was really good. There were plenty of fast food options within walking distance, which was convenient. The casino was also close enough to walk to if you wanted to get some extra steps in. Overall, it’s a great alternative to staying directly at the casino."
