"We had a hard time checking in as they kept changing the price that' we owed. They couldn't understand English at all which made it more difficult. We finally agreed and paid the bill in full. They wouldn't give us a receipt. When we checked out they wanted more money another $378 BOB when we had already paid in full and the would not call us a taxi to the airport until we paid. They would not tell us why we still owed money. In frustration we just paid it so we could get to the airport in time to catch our flight. I will not ever deal with this hotel again.
