"I’d like to start by saying how excellent the service was.
We stayed for 6 nights and the staff made it their personal missions to make sure we had then best time. They were kind, charismatic and charming all in one package. They all had knowledge of the products they sold and the city they were in. Our trip to San Sebastián was made so special thanks to these guys.
We stayed in a suite during this time which was such a gorgeous space. A living room with a separate bathroom and a bedroom. An affordable mini bar and water amenities. The bathroom was a gorgeous space too with the dimmed mirror lights to match the dimmed LED lights in the living room and bedroom. Our suite also had excellent air conditioning and was regularly cleaned to immaculate standards.
The indoor pool/spa was an excellent space to relax too, one wet and one dry sauna, a small cold pool and a larger warmer relaxing pool and my personal favourite, the scented showers.
We had an amazing time at the hotel and would one huddled percent return."
