"Mostly excellent stay. The upkeep downgrade was because of one area where carpet has been ripped up. One weird experience: space-saving (good) location of toilet paper dispenser + industrial grade paper (not good, but the industry standard) means you need to forcefully yank the paper at an angle to tear off a sheet. In doing so, I cut my hand on the edge of the wood and bled a few minutes. I'm not litigious, but some guests are, so this might be a situation to address."

"For traveling with pets, and on a budget, this hotel is affordable, clean and the staff is excellent. We were welcomed warmly and professionally and the evening hostess provided lots of extra information about nearby restaurants, etc. Although the room was a bit "Spartan", it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We just needed to stop in Quincy for a 1 day meeting and this hotel was the perfect idea for that. We will stay here again next year."
