El personal del Hotel son muy amables, lo malo es que la alberca está muy descuidada por lo mismo no pudimos meternos solo está de adorno, la limpieza del baño de la habitación muy mala, la taza y el lavabo estaban bien pero la pared y la puerta por dentro se notaban algunos rasgos de suciedad (vom.. escre...) no sé pero se veía muy mal, las instalaciones se ven descuidadas y antiguas

El servicio de las personas de recepción es pésimo debido a que no te respetan el precio de la reservación que haces por medio de las plataformas, nosotros realizamos la reservación desde la app y cuando llegamos al hotel nos cobraron más, al final pagamos más dinero de lo que teníamos que pagar y no tenían cambio, lo cual comentaron que nos mandarían el cambio a la habitación y no lo llevaron. De lo demás es un buen hotel.
