Hotel Monaco is a great value

We had a wonderful and restful stay. The Monaco is in the heart of all activity in Ushuaia. Very clean hotel and the service was wonderful. They gave us an amazing rate of exchange for our currency. They were very helpful in arranging local transportation for us for the few times we ventured away from town

Abaixo do esperado

Café da manha simples, com poucas opções mas gostosas. So sao disponibilizados pratos bem pequenos, o que dificulta a refeição. A situação do quarto era bem ruim, com pisos se soltando risco de acidentes. A limpeza das roupas de cama e banho era bem ruim, os itens estavam com muitas manchas e aspecto de sujeira. Nao tem frigobar e a decoração é bem simples. A cama de casal é pequena e o banheiro, sem ventilação, tinha mofo no teto. A limpeza tbm deixava a desejar. De aspecto positivo temos a localização que é boa e a rapidez no check out.

Para mim a estadia foi otima nao tenho do que reclamar, o cafe da manha nao tem muitas opções mas estava ok, agora o que eu tenho a reclamar é o wifi do hotel é muito muito pessimo, por favor melhorem o wifi dw voces.

For a two star it was excellent value and so clean . Ideal if you’re on a budget and central to the shops and town and port . View of mountains was lovely . Safe as a solo woman ! Everything you need . Very roomy hotel rooms for price . Beds comfortable . Staff lovely !

Excellent Ushuaia Hotel

Amazing stay. Super clean, well organized, and close to everything in the city center. Would have loved a chair for the desk, but everything else was perfect.

La habitación no estaba mal pero tampoco bien. El agua del baño era amarilla. El retrete estaba tapado y la ducha perdía agua. El aire acondicionado estuvo prendido todo los días todo el día, no tenían control del mismo y me propusieron tocar algo del equipo para apagarlo. Algo super riesgoso. El TV no funcionaba y tampoco tenía control. No había teléfono en la habitación, a cambio era todo a través es de WhatsApp. En mi caso, mi conexión era mala incluso después de conectar a wifi por lo que era dificultoso. La recepción fue buena a except de una de las chicas que estaba el domingo por la mañana!

No merece ni una estrella

Ofrecen Bar y lounge y no lo hay ni siquiera para conseguir un agua.La alvona minuscula y sinsiquiera un vaso y obviamente sin minibar.Se tubo que bajar 5 veces a laxrevepcion pues la llave no funcionaba.Se le dijo a la mucama que no queriamos el servicio pero que si trajera una toalla pero nunca la trajo.La bañera era muy deslizante y no tenia un caucho para evitarlo y ni hablar del mal desayuno.Yo he sido gold por muchos años y me quedo en hoteles de minimo 4 estrellas pero escogiste este de tres estrellas por lo centrico.Me hicieron pagar apenas me registre sino me hubiera cambiado de hotel.No entiendo como uds le dan 3 estrellas acesta porqueria de hotel lo que me a hacer reflexionar antes de volver a hacer una rsevacion con Uds
