"The Guesthouse check-in was frustrating to say the least. We didnt recieve our digital roomkey until 7:42pm nearly 5 hours after check in time. By then we had to find another property where we could pick up room card keys. It was very stressful as there is no where to store luggage before check in. Three days after checking out and the Guesthouse is still trying to get us to pay for a digital card that we never even used once. Im incredibly disappointed. "

"Very clean room, friendly staff, breakfast is as described and very good variety, good location with easy tram route into dam square. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a less tourist heavy area. "
