"We had a wonderful stay at The Robinson Hotel. It felt strange being the only English people staying however the staff made us so welcome. What we were unaware of was the Themed nights. So that was slightly awkward but nobody made us feel bad not joining in."

"We chose the hotel for the reviews and the location near train station and cablecar stations. The junior suite was spacious, the balcony was small. There was construicton in front, but we still had a gorgeous view of the mountains. The hotel bar and the restaurant were excellent, as was the breakfast. Staff was great. The pools were nice -- for a swimmer like me a bit small. Sauna, seating terraces, all you expect. No complaints."

"Rooom was spacius, clean, and comfortable. Wonderful balcony. Building is very nice and well taken care of. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The pool area was great and well kept. Additional things our kids enjoyed were the foosball, ping pong, and pool table. The views aren't amazing but you can at least see the town and hills. The town is charming, quiet, and fun. Stores are convenient. Parking was easy with a very short walk to the room. The only real issue we had was an hour plus wait at the attached restaurant for dinner. The apologized but it didn't make things any easier on us that night, and there are very few other dinner options in the direct area."

"Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg. You can sit on the terrace. Staff were very friendly dot and helpful. We had the sea view which was nice but noisy due to trains running through the night. Maybe best to book Mountain View. Hotel is close to the spa and town centre. Great location."
