Nice hotel, nice staff good pool, good location good food. The rooms were clean and overall we had a good stay. I read reviews about the LOUD music, however this was not our experience. No loud music just some chill background music at the restaurant but nothing obnoxious

Minimal amenities (small fridge in room, AC, TV) but clean. Nightclub/restaurant next door plays music in the evening until late(ish). No cleaning or maid service. Secure locking gate was usually closed and locked in the evening.

Place was very nice and well located. 10 min walk to the Ballena National Park entrance. It was very warm and no fan strong enough to keep windows opened so we had to use air conditioning and leave curtains closed. So we did no feel like staying very long inside. Loved the location. There a was a few weird things. Like hardly any blankets. They had like a basic thin sheet as blanket. The pull out couch is not for sleeping at all. Shouldn’t be advertised as an additional place to sleep. But the location is great and it was clean. Cute interior.
