"The property is conveniently located in Richmond Hill. It is on Highway 7 and close to Highway 404. Getting to different parts of the Greater Toronto Area was easy in a car. I hope the hotel may consider the guest will need to tap their key card on the elevator before being allowed to get to their designated room floor"

"This hotel is fairly new super clean and the service is absolutely amazing./. They have complimentary tooth brushes toothpaste, and they are generous with toilet paper . Agent Chanel was fantastic in her service. Breakfast was great and I loved that they did things in paper plates so for the family members who slept late we could ensure they still ate. I would stay here again without a thought. Clean warm and friendly housekeepers and the room was nice and internet and tv was efficient. Parking wasn't crowded at all. Thanks Hampton!!"

"The shower curtain doesn't close properly, so the bathroom floor is always wet after shower. The hotel building is shared with TownPlace. The amenity is nice. Swimming pool wasn't too crowded. The gym is big. There was parking fee for $8 a night. In addition, i don't know why i was being charged $7 a night for extra guest when it said room is for 4 people."

"Front desk Staff will use text message to check on your stay. The staff response promptly and will really think of solution to fix the matter such as WiFi issue. The cleaning staff are very polite & genuine to greet guests that walk by and even double check whether they need any room cleaning services. When they promise to buy back some items that not available in their cart yet, they will bring back later… Very professional"
