"We were made very welcome by the proprietor on our arrival. We were provided with drinks, madeline cakes and a rice desert. The facility is very spacious which included a separate sitting room that included a desk, a large shower and WC room with a walk in shower. "The hotel is in a very convenient location near Le Mans. In August 2026 there were building works going on on the site. The staff on reception were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was self service but a good range of foods and drinks on offer; the freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. Be aware that the restaurant is not open on a Sunday evening; we unfortunately were not aware of this in advance! Our room was on the ground floor, spacious enough and very clean. As we were travelling with our dog, this was perfect. There is a small local park nearby which was also very useful."
