"The property gives a fantastic impression at first glance from the pictures on expedia, but the reality is quite disappointing. The pool area gets extremely noisy, and I even had to change my room because of it. The staff, while polite, lack the professionalism and attentiveness expected in the hotel industry. We stayed here for 8 nights in Aug 2025, in the middle of rain season so everything around was green..the mountain view from the room was pleasing and aesthetic.
The food was great. The entire staff was great in their "eager to please" service. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and always available to help us on short notice. Will surely visit again and recommend others as well..
