I have recently spent a holiday with my partner in paradise. We had not seen each other for 2 years, and we missed each other greatly. It was such a great experience for us to be and we were very satisfied with the services offered.
Our butler Emma met us at the SeaPlane and took care of us very well throughout our stay. She was very kind, helpful, resourceful, fast, and professional.
However, there are some issues to note:
1. Morning buffet items are quite limited. We stayed for 6 days, and we honestly got bored of the morning buffet.
2. Charging $6 for water in the restaurants while it's free by the villa is really a bad policy. We did not feel it is justifiable.
3. While a premium is to be expected, we found that pricing is a bit funny and illogical. Some foods taste better and look more expensive but cost much cheaper than others? If you read the menus carefully, you will understand what I mean.
Other than that, our experience at the resort is very positive. Even though the weather was quite hot and humid, all employees greeted us warmly. They performed exceptional customer service in every aspects. We were so appreciative, and could not ask for more.
