Both breakfast and the dining area are fantastic. Staff are friendly and warm. The location is close to many shops and bus stops.

Hotel is near the light rail station at the bus station stop and will need a 10 mins walk to city centre. Quiet area and breakfast has a good spread (although the menu is the same for the 4 days). Staff is extremely helpful. No daily housekeeping and some amenities such as kettle can be requested from reception. There is free flow of coffee and tea which guests can consume at any time or to take away, which is a plus since the weather is quite chilly! Love the shampoo and conditioner provided!

My room is along the road leading to the square It is noisy as revellers are rowdy late into the middle of the night and inconsiderate motor cyclists revving their motorcycles. Did not sleep well
