"Sejour nous laissant une impression de déranger dès le départ avec l’accueil par le personnel et jusqu’à la fin ou à 10h15 nous avons été rappelés qu’il fallait quitter les lieux pour 10h en mettant les draps dans un chariot, vidant la poubelle et faisant le ménage ! Quand on voit l’état des appartements et de l’établissement qui sont très vieillissants, cela paraît vraiment très exigeant. Sans parler du tarif demandé. Nous déconseillons "

"Nous avons logé dans la chambre 126 sans balcon avec vue sur l'immeuble d'en face,très décevante par rapport aux photos de l'annonce, à éviter ! Très compliqué de se repérer dans les escaliers de l'immeuble dans lesquelles il n'y a aucun fléchage. La résidence mériterait une bonne rénovation !"

"Linen not included had to pay extra, had to leave a large deposit. Reception barely open, and contact number never answered or responded. Property not very clean on arrival, but for the price the property was pretty good. Pool opening times not convenient for use in conjunction with skiing!"

"It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady."

"Stayed here for a week's skiing. Ski in/out for blue run skiers. Ski/Boot room requires some work but perfectly safe for equipment. Apartments are great with good bread/pastry service in the morning. Pool and spa is a good facility, particularly for the kids"

"Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. "
