There is no reception desk and no-one to speak to for assistance. "Great location for a female solo traveler, on main thoroughfare but with the window closed I got a great night sleep. Perfect location on the Pest side close to bridge and ferris wheel and lots of shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was vegetarian friendly and great atmosphere. Wifi was great, room was clean and very good price. Would stay here again! "
