"My flight was cancelled so I booked this hotel. Room was very comfortable and clean. Hot shower and air conditioning. Helpful staff and very easy to book a shuttle to the airport. $6 shuttle. Would definitely come back if need to stay close to the airport."

"The cleaning staff were amazing and did an awesome job of cleaning the room. The aor conditioning was nice but I wish it was a little stronger on blowing cold air into the room. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others."

"Lets start with the positives: the hotel is good. Room is comfortable and clean. The only perk it has, it has an included shuttle to the airport. This is very convenient as few hotels in Madrid have this. People in customer service who exceled in helping us: BIG KUDOS to Manuel and Josue. Amazing. The only downside, is that there is nothing around the hotel. If you are going to Madrid to enjoy Madrid, this is far away. Around 30 min away from main attractions. Uber is not cheap. Around $30 each way to go to Downtown Madrid. If you are traveling for business this is an amazing hotel for that, or if you are using Madrid as hub to go to other European countries as hotel is close to the airport. Other than that , no complains. Breakfast is not included, but they do serve breakfast."
