"Missing pillow cases and sheets for the fold out set. First run we went on had a broken tv screen and no batteries in the remote. We switched rooms to next door and after we turned the air on, it smelled strongly of urine. Otherwise, it was generally clean and the needs were very comfortable. The furniture was pretty sharp cornered of you're someone with kids, it was a little dangerous. They also use very slippery cleaning products on the bathroom floors. "
