"The place has beautiful surroudings, but the place needs an upgrade to match the beautiful mountains. Especially the food served for dinner was below expectations The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not acceptable. On the positive side, the sauna was very impressive. "Loved the loft space, perfect for families. We had limited restaurants to chose from so we chose to eat in the hotel restaurant. It was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially with the electric car charging which was new for us. "
"While the property is clean and modern, there is no cold water in my apartment. So we can’t flush the toilet and we didn’t have clean cold water to drink. The shower is very hot due to no cold water. There is no shampoo, conditioner or cleaning soap. WiFi password is not provided in the room. We tried to contact the customer service by email but they are so far away and cannot help us. On top of this, finding the room and parking is also not so easy. Overall this made our night very difficult. We were hoping to have a nice shower and a nice rest. This set us back about 2 hours and our shower was very very difficult and unsatisfactory. Toilet is also a huge issue. But there is no one onsite who can help solve the problem."
"Great little spot for hikers and bikers who are passing through and need a warm meal and a bit of comfort. Warm, friendly environment and terrific food and drink. Good conversation with fellow cyclists was also great. "
"Great location - even though the street is noisy. Trucks drive past 24/7. Great apartment but a bit worn down. Had trouble getting lights to work. Knobs came of the drawers. It was fine, but could use a little fix-up. "
