"We chose this for an overnight stop, with our pet furry friend, on our way from Santander to Portuguese Silver Coast. Pet friendly and self-catering appealed to us. The communication and the welcome to the lovely property, from Sandra, was exceptional. She went out of her way to show us the accommodation and walk us through the pretty village to the local restaurant, telling us a little about the place as we went.

"This lodging is especially wonderful. We have stayed at many places- United States, Africa, South America, and Europe, and this place stands out as ultra friendly, hospitable, with an amazing renovation. The owners go avice and beyond to ensure your stay is special. The pool, surroundings, and lodging are absolutely beautiful, the area is soooooo peaceful and quiet- a blissful stay and good night’s sleep. They served a lovely breakfast and the owner’s homemade cake and other pastries were sublime. We feel incredibly blessed. "
"The rooms are located behind reception. They were clean no views but the breakfast offered a wide variety. The coffee was good full sized americano coffee
The room was comfortable with goid size bathroom with good shower head. Would select this hotel again."
"The breakfast was delicious and very generous, and I particularly appreciated the availability of Kosher meals. Additionally, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were consistently kind and patient. It smelled so nice.

The property is immaculate and very cosy with everything you need for a short stay. We would have happily stayed longer and will certainly visit again.
The staff at the restaurant were lovely too and the food was excellent and worth the little extra we paid. It's not the cheapest Portuguese restaurant but quite a surprising find in such a small village. We can recommend the steak and the bacalhau.
We were very happy with our stay and will return there on our homeward journey. Thank you for the kindness and the welcome we received. "
"Our stay at the hotel was great ,the staff were very approachable and could not help enough. We had meals in the restaurant on both nights and the food was excellent. Must mention our waiter on both nights he was excellent his Name was Samuel great character. The hotel is a great location if you're traveling down from santander to the algarve for a stop over. "
