"Expensive for what it was. Took the host 2.5 hours to help us. The shower was broken. Very minimal appliances in the kitchen. However, the view was beautiful and a nice location"

"Simply tragic: The kitchen smelled of gas from the cookstove (don't light a candle there!). Traffic along the main road made it impossible to sleep at night (trucks, etc.). The shower was more like a garden sprinkler way past its expiration date. Internet was non-existent. The heat in the apartment was coming and going at random times, making it impossible to maintain a constant temperature. The check-in link did not arrive on time. The bed was not flat. "Great hotel, with up-to-date rooms, clean and spacious. Common spaces are clean. Restaurant had a great breakfast. The pool was a plus in our afternoon time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely on my next trip will be looking forward to staying again at this hotel. "

"Lovely family run hotel. Very helpful ahead of arrival eg leaving food in our room as plane very delayed. Large clean room over looking Bran castle which was wonderful. Huge breakfast included which was presented nicely and very tasty. Lots of out door seating in the garden. Excellent location. Bran castle an easy walk and the hotel is a good base for other trips if you have a car or able to use a taxi. We had a fabulous driver for the whole weekend organised by the hotel. Libearty bear sanctuary, Peles castle and Brasov old town definitely worth a visit. Would definitely recommend a stay in this hotel if you want a base in Bran. "

" WOW! Had an ABSOLUTELY fabulous stay! So quiet and relaxing. Loved our suite, it had everything we needed including a fireplace!!! Staff super friendly and helful. High-five to Alin at the frontdesk, and our impromtu bartender and go to for local suggestions for food and things to do! Nice breakfast each morning and plently of iptions to choose from. Was able to walk to Peles Castle and local recommended restaurant. Would definitely come back!"

"I first came to this property eight years ago, and it is wonderful to see that the quality has not diminished one bit. The staff are just as friendly as I remember. Radu and his wife are doing a terrific job — taking care of the property, managing everything with such care and professionalism. Radu is not only an excellent host but also an incredible human being, and the same can be said about his exceptional staff. We would happily come and stay here anytime, and we truly hope to return soon. Highly, highly recommend — what a gem! "
