"Nice to see that this property received a face-lift from the previous hotel that was there. (Canada's best). The checkin was easy and the staff were friendly. Where they need to improve is with the internet quality, TV and the flood lights on the outside of the building that shine into the rooms, making it very difficult to sleep. The internet was Very spotty and the TV channels were pretty substandard. Shutting off some of the external floodlights of the building at 11pm could help aleviate the bright rooms at bedtime.Otherwise, this hotel served its purpose."

"Fantastic stay at Terracana Ranch Resort! Such a great well maintained property with lots of space to walk around and enjoy the outside (including the games), room was spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. Staff was very helpful and super nice. Bonus - the indoor games’ room that kids loved too."
