C’est moi qui m’en suis rendu compte et, lorsque je l’ai signalé, la personne à la réception est restée silencieuse, sans aucune explication ni solution. L’hôtel étant complet, je n’ai pas pu changer de chambre, ni obtenir de remboursement ou même un geste commercial. La chambre donnée était au premier étage, avec les livraisons de camions dès 6h du matin : impossible de dormir....

"The rooms are said soundproof, they're not. If you're sensitive to sound/noise, I wouldn't recommend this place. I was put in the new building which felt very cold and soulless. A bit like a student residency. The staff was nice. And they have a place to park the car which is convenient. The wifi wasn't the best which was a bit of a not so good surprise for a hotel."
