Kamer/badkamer waren zeer krap. Wel erg schoon. Erg last van een constante zoem gehad de hele nacht wat afkomstig komt vd lucht afzuiging. Dit is centraal geregeld. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt is redelijk uitgebreid, koffiesoorten uit machine. Cappucino standaard gezoet met een kilo suiker helaas. Gratis parkeren op terrein wat een grote plus is.

J´avais beaucoup apprécié l´expérience avec Sure Hotel by western d´Annecy avrc tres belle chambre et superbe petit-déjeuner digne d´un Novotel une reference mais alors là celui de Valence : petite chambre, mini salle d´eau et toilette a l´interieur...et petit déjeuner à 12€ digne d´un 8€...donc des promesses niveau ptit-déj et réputation mais que des feux de pailles... et surtout pas digne d´un 3 étoile mais plutot 2 etoiles...et en plus le prix de la nuit....passez votre chemin!!!!

Nous avons été bien acceuillis, par contre le repas du soir semblait assez simpliste, nous ne l'avons pas pris. Pour la chambre, le bruit de la climatisation était perturbant pour les personnes ayant un sommeil léger, nous en avons fait la remarque. La chasse d'eau des toilettes fonctionnait mal : il fallait appuyer plusieurs fois et il semblait que l'eau n'arrivait pas. Rien à redire sur le petit déjeuner.

Die Küche war nicht in Betrieb, was noch akzeptabel war. Das Personal völlig überfordert. Bei Expedia habe ich einen Preis von 96,—€ genannt bekommen. Bezahlen musste ich 140,—€. Das ist völlig inakzeptabel.

men kon onze overnachting bevestiging niet vinden. We konden uiteindelijk in een gehandicaptenkamer overnachten. Vreselijke kamer. Sliepen ergens in een hoek, heel benauwend. Dit jaar was het restaurant wel open (vorig jaar niet) totaal geen sfeer, vies.
