"Amenities were cleaned well, though my beddings seemed to be used (found what appeared to be makeup on the flip side of my pillow). Would’ve been useful to know beforehand that the rooms were not real rooms, therefore not soundproof. Also had to help new guests through a check-in process at 9:30pm one of the nights (miscommunication on some people’s parts). I loved that it was so close to a subway station. "

The room was spotless and had a fresh, clean scent that made it feel extra welcoming. I really appreciated the attention to detail and comfort. "Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. I have saved the entire conversation. We filed for refund later, they lied...

"Nadeel; Accommodatie is erg gehorig. Luidruchtige buren, zit naast woonhuizen. En crossende quads laat in de avond. Voordeel; De eigenaar van de accommodatie was erg behulpzaam ook in de late avond waren zij bereikbaar. Zij hebben gezorgd dat de buren het geluid verminderden zodat we toch konden slapen. Waarvoor veel dank! "
