"The staff was kind, attentive, friendly, and very helpful. The room was absolutely pristine. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. It was a short stay but every aspect of it was comfortable and seamless. The location was convenient for us and the price was very reasonable. We arrived back to the room really late and the parking structure was full. The night clerk went out of his way to help me out by offering to let me park in the spot normally reserved for the security vehicle so that I wouldn't have to come back down a few hours later to feed the parking meter. It was a blessing for which I was very grateful. I can't recommend this place enough. We will stay at Hotel Lexen again. 😀"

"Right next to Universal Studios Hollywood! It’s within walking distance, but even better is their park shuttle service which is nice when your feet are tired. It comes frequently and operates until 3am. The room was very clean, water was hot, beds were comfortable, and the section we were in was quiet. Would stay again… thank you!"

"I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience at this hotel! The room was super comfy and everything was incredibly clean. The staff even went so far as to coordinate transport for me to and from the Burbank airport which conveniently was super close. I highly recommend this place!"

"Check the water pressure in these bathrooms. The water pressure is like an outdoor bird bath, longer shower times due to minimal water pressure using more water overall. Other than that, your entire staff-EXCELLENT."
