"While I understand the need for non-refundable policies (non-committal bookers, snow conditions etc), I would have expected the hotel to offer some flexibility given the exceptional circumstances when Heathrow airport was closed due to a fire. This could have been offered as a refund or a credit to stay at the hotel at another date, however the hotel offered no flexibility despite the circumstances. Book with caution. "

"Kom sent, ingen parkering. Fikk lov til å stå oppå fortauet. Topp. Stort kult rom. Litt dodgy at det ikke var vindu på rommet, men ellers bra. Måtte bære kofferten siste etasje pga heisen gikk ikke så langt opp. Flott frokost! Likte dette hotellet godt. "

"I originally planned a single night's stay but was taken ill just as I was about to leave. The hotel were so helpful as they called an ambulance and looked after my belongings whilst I was in hospital. They also arranged for a room to be available for a couple of days when I was discharged from hospital. Very helpful and nice big apartment rooms, with the river running by right out front."
