Esta reformado y tiene todas las comodidades. Tanto alojamiento como cocina. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y una pequeña terraza. La zona no es muy agradable, y el apartamento del piso 5 olia mucho a excrementos de paloma por dar la escalera a un patio interior. Tambien aparecían algunas hormigas por la noche en el suelo del apartamento. La cama de matrimonio está hundida y almohadas muy blandas. Calidad precio bien, comunicación de la zona bien.

Buena estancia!!

Quitando de no estar mi llave donde correspondía, tener que llamar dos veces y mandar foto para que se lo creyeran, mucho calor en la escalera por ser el último y sin ascensor ( solo subes 1 piso a pie) por lo demás todo bien.

De route naar het appartement slecht aangegeven. Zijn het in de buurt een paar maal moeten gaan vragen. De verantwoordelijke die ons moest binnenlaten was anderhalf uur te laat.We waren met 3 personen. 1 bed was opgedekt, andere hadden geen kussensloop of dekbedovertrek. 1 tas voor de ganse accommodatie ! Waterkoker werkte niet. Geen enkele venster kon open . Alle koude kwam binnen door alle spleten, maar eveneens al het lawaai van de straat, de buren. Dus helemaal niet zo positief. De ligging, tussen centrum en strand, niet ver van de nieuwe stad , was wel heel goed.

Short stroll to beach. Metro across road for easy access to city centre and airport. Rice museum 2 minute walk. Lots of restaurants, supermarket close by.

Coroa Malvarossa valencia

Very large appartment, bit dated but well worth the money. All amenities within walking distance. Beach is 2 stops on the tram which stops more or less outside.

Struttura buona, ma non nuovissima, buona posizione. Proprietario S.V. Nessuno alla reception, all'arrivo le chiavi erano in una cassetta di sicurezza, al check-out le ho lasciate in casa.

Bra område mellan turistområdena gamla stan och st

Boendet helt ok även om vi hade lite svårt att få tag i uthyrarna för att fråga om vi kunde förvara bagaget fram till inchekningen. Femte våningen utan utrymningsplan eller brandväg kändes lite läskigt. Får kanske offras för penthouse med stor uteplats. Utan möbler. Mycket som var positivt bl a ett extra sovrum som vi naturligtvis inte behövde använda till annat än att låna ett par extra kuddar från. Köksutrustning helt ok även om jag saknade korkskruv (i Spanien!) Typiskt spansk dock att det inte fanns annat än tiotals tv-kanaler - bara på spanska. Bra område med bra affärer. Kändes mer genuint spanskt än enbart turistiskt. Skulle kunna tänka mig att komma tillbaka. - längre ned.

Muy recomendable

Muy buen lugar, limpio, todo en buen estado , nuevo. Cuenta con comodidades, está todo pensado en la comodidad. Si bien, no tiene parking, es fácil encontrar sitio en la zona. Volveremos , lo más seguro.

Eenvoudig appartement in woonflat

Appartement is eenvoudig ingericht maar schoon, schone bedden en badkamer. Het ligt in een woonwijk dus je zit echt tussen de Spanjaarden met op elke hoek van de straat een café/bar. Er zitten verschillende supermarkten vlakbij en het is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen van het strand. Het is wel gehorig.
