"Excellent staff, clean rooms, lovely access to beach and ocean area. First hotel I have been to where they don’t buckle and gouge the customer. Only minor complaint would be how warm the room was with the air conditioning unit placed very high. Other than that, could not ask for better accommodations. The pool was great and long enough to exercise for lap swim and they have multiple refrigerators to store large food items for guests."

"If your visiting Dumaguete, I fully recommend you stay here. The staff is very friendly, always making sure your room is good everyday. The restaurant in the hotel has amazing selection of food and very delicious. You can also order it to your room if you prefer. The room was very clean, The Aircon kept the room cool when its hot. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, this hotel does an amazing job making sure your stay is a pleasant one. If I visit Dumaguete again, I will defiantly be staying here again."

"The room was spacious. Grounds of the resort were very clean and well maintained, and the staff were super friendly. The inside of the room could use more attention when cleaning (ie. up in the high cupboards, filter for air conditioner)."

"The restaurant staff was great — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The rest of the service felt pretty laid‑back, and getting assistance outside the restaurant wasn’t easy. The place itself is quiet and feels private, which is nice, but the food overall is just average with nothing particularly special. We visited the herb garden and the staff there were friendly and knowledgeable, which was a good experience. The biggest inconvenience is the layout. The check‑in counter is extremely far from the rooms. It’s manageable on arrival, but checking out is a hassle because you have to walk a long distance with your bags. They have a golf cart that could easily help guests get to the port, but it just sits in the garage instead of being used. Other than the few standout staff, the overall experience is just okay."
