Crappy food, nice room

Not impressed with the hotel. Prepaid the stay and food, but had to pay for my two daughters. Was told this at check in, where he said it was a buffet. It was not, instead we could choose for 25 euro from the menu, which takes away the idea of prepaying. They brought a board with the menu, where the special main course f the day was pulled pork burger. However before we ordered this was deleted, even though we had reserved table at 19 o clock, when they opened. We instead ordered four steaks medium, but they were all closer to raw, and the French fries had not had enough. Disappointing dinner, with a boring uncooked meal and breakfast buffet also disappointing. The French kitchen is supposed to be the best, but this was poor. The pool was nice, but we and others should just jump in, with no outside showers. So I fear it is not that clean. But very refreshing in the heat. The room was nice but only two rolls of toilet paper, neither of them full so we ran out of tp in the morning. The pillows were bad. So I slept without. Beds were fine. We had hoped for more with the high ratings, especially the food was disappointing.

Echt een goed adres voor overnachting op doorreis

De ligging, vlakbij de autobaan, prima restaurantje, zwembadje buiten voor hete dagen. Je moet wel reserveren voor het het avondeten, wij hadden dat niet gedaan, maar konden gelukkig nog later op de avond terrecht. Bordspelletjes volop aanwezig in de gezamelijke lobby, voetbaltafel en flipperkast. Bedden goed, ontbijt goed, rustig en prima schone kamer.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel car il est noté qu'il contient des bornes de recharges pour véhicules électriques. C'est exact mais ces bornes ne sont pas gérées par l'hôtel et ce sont des bornes pour TESLA... De plus, NOVOTEL est réputé et cet établissement mériterait un rafraichissement (notamment au niveau des chambres, peinture abimée, noir au niveau des joints de la baignoire,...) pas digne de ce type d'hôtel.

Receptionisten var super venlig og meget servicemindet. Vi ankom sent med et sovende barn så var så glade for hurtig indtjekning. Stille og praktisk hotel tæt på motorvejsafkørslen.

Nettoyage plus que moyen poils sur la baignoire, join de baignoire avec des traces marrons. Aération de sdb sans grille, peu de pression dans la douche. Places de parking pmr avec une marche. Attente de 15 min à l’accueil. 3 personnes dans la chambre mais seulement oreiller pour 2 personnes, 2 verres, 2 tasses et 2 serviettes. On est loin des prestations attendues pour un 4 étoiles.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel qui est très loin des standings des Novotel habituel. Hôtel vieillot qui ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles. Le personnel est sympathique c'est bien la un des seul point fort de cette hôtel. Nous avons vu un rat roder devant l'hôtel prêt des poubelles. Notre bouton pour tirer la chaise des toilettes était détérioré. Je ne vous recommande donc pas cette hotel.

Au niveau du formule 1

Si on aime dormir dans une zone industrielle avec un bruit de voitures toute la nuit ( autoroute sous la fenêtre !) et avec le bruit de la ventilation dessus son lit (impossible à couper!) je pense que c'est l hôtel ideal! Pour ne pas dormir la nuit! J'encourage la direction à voir l'état des ventilations des wc...et de la chasse d'eau qui fuit... On est très loin du 4 étoiles au prix du 4 étoiles...

Vi övernattade en natt. Negativa var att de inte hade hiss, vi hade barnvagn och bagage. Receptionisten hjälpte oss bära, jätte snällt. Dem hade värmt upp rummet och även förberett spjälsängen men vi använde bäddsoffan då spjälsängen saknade madrass. Stort och rymliga rum. Tyst och nära till motorvägen. Dem hade laddningstationer på parkerings området så de var extra plus

Très bon hôtel

Ne paye pas de mine de l’extérieur mais intérieur rénové récemment très sympa. Chambre agréable. Une étoile en moins pour le repas, un peu cher pour une qualité moyenne.

Nedslidte værelset. Fin service

Vores værelse var fint rummeligt, men levende på ingen måde op til de billeder vi så inden bookingen. Alt var trist og slidt. Gammelt brunt gulvtæppe og træt badeværelse. Der var også lidt nusset og sengen var redt med engangslagen. Der var fine, aflåse og gratis parkeringforhold og beliggenheden er optimal for en overnatning når man blot er på gennemfart. Receptionsområdet var fint med god betjening.

Mitigé.

En soi très bien avec le service d’accueil super. Des petits cadeaux pour les enfants. Cependant : le mini bar éteint et extrêmement sale à l’intérieur. Traces de moisissure ! Dans l’offre nous étions censés avoir des produits gratuits dans le mini bar… Dans les toilettes pas de sacs hygiéniques. Poussière sur le plateau à thé …. Sinon petit dej au top, salle spacieuse et on peut se mettre à l’écart si on est un peu bruyants avec les enfants.
