"They shine in cleanliness. Provided a small fridge with water in the room and the air condition is good. Make sure you get the information on it and let them know the temperature you would prefer. Breakfast is excellent and the staff most attentive. My only dislike was the fact that the stairs up to the third floor are most convoluted. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, ask for the first floor."

"Absolutely loved this place. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, the staff was nice and the balcony at sunset was amazing. Made for a memorable evening. Only complaint is how hard it is to find the hotel when walking around town. It took my husband and I over an hour to find it! We kept walking past the entrance and didn't know. Finally had to call and ask for specific directions. Once we had that, it was easy to find and then drive to and park the car. I recommend contacting the hotel once you get to town to find out how to exactly find the place."

"Lovely elegant corner room in the front of the hotel, overlooking the valley; good breakfast; convenient location, helpful staff. An aside, needed to consult a medical dcotor for brief illness, hotel was very helpful in immediately contacting local physician who responded immediately and provided very help diagnosis (including a portable ultrasound) and consultation at an incredibly reasonable price."

"The hotel is well situated very close to the mini metro where you can also easily take an elevator to the top of the historic centre or walk (lots of stairs); close to main points of interest and places to eat. While The Building is old, certainly my room had upgrades modern bathroom, very comfortable bed, and it was really clean apart from shower dispenser soap. There are no other amenities like shampoo and conditioner. I enjoyed my stay. If you were travelling casually, this is the place for you. I travelled alone and I felt very safe. However, some business travellers may need more amenities like a proper desk, etc.. staff was very hopeful"

"Lots of larger tour groups with large buses stay at this facility while in town to visit Assisi, so the hotel caters to them in the buffet area downstairs all the other guests of the hotel must sit at unassigned tables in the breakfast buffet area. The buffet has lots of choices and plentiful. The room was good, clean and functioning appropriately. The grounds were nice and green with a nice setting on a hillside overlooking the valley. It was a little hard to communicate with the front desk staff because they didn't know a lot of English, but we survived. Parking garage located on the lower level was not full and convenient. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area for a couple of days."
