Wonderful and beautiful hotel. The rooms are lovely and the amenities were terrific. And the staff was very helpful. If there was anything to change, maybe a few more towels and thicker towels. But otherwise great. I’d stay there again.

The location was fantastic, there's a mini bar fridge and kettle in the room. Lovely hotel, the only downside was that the decoration in the room is tired and the carpet needs to be replaced. We had a meal there, my husband is a vegetarian and the staff were very helpful in accomodating this for his meal.

Good hotel for the location. Very central and close to the train station. The rooms are a little bit dated but the reception and lounge area is very nice. Staff are super helpful and friendly.

The room was large and very clean. Bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was excellent and a fantastic variety. Staff on arrival and in the breakfast area along with cleaners were all hard working & friendly. Air conditioning was very much needed and working well. We didn’t use the parking even though it was available.

We loved the hotel for many reasons. The staff was very friendly, the location is excellent, at 6 minutes walking from main station, next to a beautiful park and close to the city center. The breakfast is very extensive and varied. The room and bathroom were large, clean and elegant.

Ideal location in the city centre. Next to a beautiful park and short walk to the train station. Professional friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Comfy large room but no air con. Good parking for suv just a little tight to enter through the door. Would definitely come back to this hotel and visit the wonderful city and people of Valladolid again.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations, spacious rooms, wonderful service, easy parking and everything was within walking distance… Valladolid was just going to be a one night stopover but the hospitality at the hotel made me wish I had stayed longer, definitely coming back again:)
