"It was 50/50. We came all fine we got room best view 5 floor On second day we had to move room because they say leaking water from a pipe But they could not offer better than 5 floor other end of building with no same view Instead say we are sorry we give you discount they just said sorry Not only there but in general it’s a little wrong to only change towels 3 times a week But when we got other room there was 4 towels so we put 2 away. "Excellent accomodation, few improvements could be made but this is the same for all properties, plenty of sun loungers and relaxed environment. Food is good. Entertainment is average at the hotel. "

We are clean and we maintain but they are doing cleaning only once in 3 days we stay 4 and they haven’t clean , when approached to reception asked why !? "This hotel is a beautiful modern gem in a historic city. Room was spotless, bed was super comfortable and you can even sign into your Netflix! Tea/coffee and water was provided complementary and there is a mini fridge too where you can keep your drinks/snacks cool. The roof top bar/pool was just perfect. A quiet retreat during the day, with a small pool to dip in, and a chilled ambiance by evening, with cocktails and snacks available to purchase. The staff were incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful in providing us with support and information about getting around and travelling to the south of the island. Very well located. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around and a super market just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I come back to Las Palmas. "

"In total there were 15 of us staying in various locations. My stay in Gloria Palace was excellent , staff were most friendly, cleanliness was perfect, rooms all have sea views & are most spacious. I had only one complaint, my main course meal,which was duck, was inedible. I was unable to eat it as it was tough. I told my waitress but nothing was done ! So I again mentioned at reception & was told by the gentleman that he would ask his boss. When I was checking out I again asked & was told that nothing could be done!!! Such a pity that it wasnt dealt with correctly. "

Paradisus by Meliá Gran Canaria – All Inclusive

"We had a lovely relaxing 8 days. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Meliá hotels are excellent. We paid extra for The Reserve and it was definitely worth it. The Reserve breakfast and lunch buffet was ideal. The pool was fabulous with Bali beds and lots of loungers. Maivelys was incredible serving drinks, fruit and ice cream. She definitely deserves a special mention and is a true asset to the Paradisus."
