Hotel sencillo. En las paredes de la ducha había cabellos. Desayuno de regular calidad. El personal es muy amable y colaborador. La zona es muy ruidosa por ser pleno centro.

La ubicación es buena, aunque es un hotel viejo, tiene buenos servicios de aseo y desayuno. Nuestra estadía fue de 4 noches, la primera noche nos dieron una habitación demasiado estrecha, sin ventanas. A partir de la segunda noche nos cambiaron la habitación por una más grande, con cama más grande, con balcón y nevera. Menos mal nos cambiaron

Falta de respeto con los clientes

Reservamos el Hotel por Hoteles.com y cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que la reserva no existía porque por parte de Hoteles.com y nos dejaron quedar una noche y la otra nos pasaron a un Hostal. Es una falta de respeto con las personas por parte de este Hotel ya que se les veía que necesitaban la habitación por sobreventa. Nunca lo volveria a usar ni lo recomendaria

Great Place!

I was pleasently surprised by the wonderful atmosphere and cleanliness of this hotel. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The complementary breakfast was great and so it was the rest of the menu offered at the restaurant. Everything was very well prepared,tasty and clean. Iam already making plans to come back. Great job Arawak!
