Hotel sencillo. En las paredes de la ducha había cabellos. Desayuno de regular calidad. El personal es muy amable y colaborador. La zona es muy ruidosa por ser pleno centro.

La ubicación es buena, aunque es un hotel viejo, tiene buenos servicios de aseo y desayuno. Nuestra estadía fue de 4 noches, la primera noche nos dieron una habitación demasiado estrecha, sin ventanas. A partir de la segunda noche nos cambiaron la habitación por una más grande, con cama más grande, con balcón y nevera. Menos mal nos cambiaron

Buena estancia y atención; la zona por ser comercial suele ser algo ruidosa en el día, pero tiene una nuena relación precio/calidad

Primero nos dijeron que no existía nuestra reserva, el parqueadero queda a más de tres cuadras del hotel y el desayuno es cuando mucho aceptable.

La tarifa pagada es muy alta frente al servicio recibido, trato muy impersonal y poco honesto frente a las tarifas ofrecidas en el hotel y la publicada en Hotels.com (40.000 por noche más caro), el internet es pésimo.

Reservamos el Hotel por Hoteles.com y cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que la reserva no existía porque por parte de Hoteles.com y nos dejaron quedar una noche y la otra nos pasaron a un Hostal. Es una falta de respeto con las personas por parte de este Hotel ya que se les veía que necesitaban la habitación por sobreventa. Nunca lo volveria a usar ni lo recomendaria
