"when looking for the accomodation, it was difficult to understand if we were booking a room or an an appartment. we wanted 2 rooms for two people and we ended with booking 2 appartments!! that we were not able to cancel :-( secondly, the way to register is quite complex and even if you give your phone number on hotels.com, the host didn't receive it. I had some mails... in my spam box :-( :-( so the check in was quite complex. beside that everything was ok"

"On our 10 days trip on Sardinia,this was definitely the best stay. Giuseppe and his wife Jessica were the best hosts. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Giuseppe also organized great dinner for us in restaurant which we would not find on our own. The room itself was perfect. Clean and spacious with all amenities you could need. "Location was great and easy to find. You're in the city centre and everything is walking distance. A/C was important to us and they had it in the bedroom and living room. The bed was super uncomfortable and would sink during the night which would be our only complaint. I think if the mattress was changed it would be 5 stars. We had a problem with the shower head, but they replaced it the day after and it was a great improvement not only for us but everyone booking after. Communication over...
