The hotel staff were brilliant, service was good. A couple of points to note which were not deal breakers but perhaps can be improved. The door to our room was too short and noise insulation was bad. We can hear our neighbours coming back in the middle of the night and doors slamming. Phone in our room wasn't working very well. Sofas in the apartment for breakfast and drinks were not most comfy. My husband and I absolutely love this hotel and return regularly. The staff are always so warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful, which makes every stay feel special. The views from the hotel are stunning, and the surroundings feel very safe and welcoming. We also traveled with our service pups, and the thoughtful gesture of providing them with their own beds and bowls was incredibly sweet. It’s little touches like these that make us feel truly cared for and keep us coming back time and again.

Overall it is a nice upscale hotel with good size rooms and nice views, if the room is on higher floors.
The rooms need to be renovated. Shower stall leaked due to poor seals next to the wall enclosure. I expect a lot more for a 5-star hotel at the exorbitant prices that they charge.
Do not eat at the restaurants in this hotel. The food is less than average and overpriced. Service is not good and they automatically add a minimum of 18% service charge regardless of the size of your party or the service they provide.
