"Terribile"

"We found the hotel excellent; the staff were very helpful and quite friendly (some reviews said otherwise but we met several people working there and all were great) We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc. Breakfast was very nice and relaxing. "The location of this property is excellent for walking to the old part of town. Also, the staff is very good and provide excellent service!"

"Breakfast was great, and there was ample parking. The location was very convenient."

"Beautiful property, great services, excellent service."

"Great little hotel with super friendly staff. Our room was ready really early and we were allowed to check in which was a bonus. Nice and quiet room and great breakfast included in the cost. We’d stay here again."

"Valle Rosa is a beautiful property immerse in the countryside. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are beautiful and clean. The breakfast was really good and it offers many options. "

"Beautiful peaceful stay with a delicious restaurant and friendly staff"

"Friendly helpful staff. Quiet clean room. Wish they didn’t feel they have to put up a sign at breakfast that says essentially that if you take seconds it will be added to the bill. The sign puts a negative spin on an otherwise friendly atmosphere. The breakfast room is clean but utilitarian and not decorated with taste which is unfortunate because the breakfast offerings were quite good."

"La struttura è bellissima immersa in giardini e piante bellissime colazione eccellente grazie alla signora Donatella e accoglienza e disponibilità top"

"A very nice place to stay in Spoleto. Very comfortable, and Anamaria was such a nice person to us. We were driving a car, so the distance to all the tourist spots and restaurants was not a problem for us. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, staff very helpful, and although we couldn’t stay for the breakfast, we got a to-go box. The parking access is narrow (and driving through the town is also very narrow), but very convenient. Definitely recommend!"

"Beautiful hotel in a great hill town!"

"Very good place to stay, will come back."
