"Very nice room-immaculately clean! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Restaurant food was surprisingly delicious and plentiful for the price. Don’t use exterior of the building to judge how nice everything is inside."
"Wonderfully beautiful location.
Perfect for exploring the area as well. Lovely garden for breakfast or tapas, or for having a drink in the evening. The host are realy super kind. We really enjoyed ourselves."
"Charming and beautiful!
One-of-a-kind!
Good location, beautifully restored old convent however I would like to see some modern updates with room decoration and A/C , which was much needed in summer."
"Great place to stay, good location at end of main street near rail station, very clean with good amenities for a simple hotel without staff. Automated room check-in could have been better: door code email arrived in good time and it worked ok on the street door but not on the room door - fortunately another guest had the same problem and the phone helpline was quick to reset the room locks."
"The receptionist was very welcoming on arrival. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were fortunate to have a view of the river which was lovely. We stayed as a couple with our dog for an overnight stop on a long travel from the south of Spain to the UK."
"The hotel is very well run, I liked the coffee station but no coffee in the room was a minor down side, the breakfast was very varied and delicious
The only problem for me is I stayed on Sunday and the restaurant next door was shut and no local options available also hotel doesn't have a bar"
