Stay Away from Hilton Properties!!!!!

Room was crawling with ants, smelled like cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. Maintenance sprayed for the ants and I was unable to get another room because they were sold out. This is a stink hole and no one should stay here. Was suppose to stay 2 nights I left at 1:30 pm the next day after work and they refused to refund me for the last stay let alone discount anything. The ants were crawling all over my wife's legs!!!

Despite friendly staff, this place has limited service to offer. No room key for the first day, we had to swap between ourselves to go out. Pool was not available and under construction and we were not notified when booking the room. No TV signal. No dog bowls despite paid pet fee. Breakfast was made from frozen and premade food + high calorie self made waffles etc. staff are all super friendly but place is not great. Should’ve stayed at Hilton’s nearby for the same price

I am getting frustrated with Hampton … everytime I stay there the people next to our room is up late talking and it literally sounds like they are sitting in my room… this annoys me because my daughter usually has a swim meet and has to be up by 5:30 am and with all this noise she can’t fall asleep and performs poorly at the meets

Delightful hotel; bright, clean, updated, great breakfast. Nicely greeted by the manager, and very welcomed by Patrick during the breakfast. Everything was stocked, warm, and enjoyable. Can’t wait to return!

Quiet and clean

Room and grounds were very clean. Was a bit disappointed that the pool is not heated. Also, site requires a up front nightly damage deposit that we were unaware of. Breakfast was satisfactory and there was a variety of foods.
