"Hi, everything was great. We realised that after checking in that the kids pool was closed. That said there were other pools that my daughter enjoyed instead. Pool temp could also been a bit warmer. "The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare. "Nice accommodation, albeit a little tired in places. However, you've everything you need and everything worked without issue.
