"The property was not what I expected as it was chunky with so much thick wood panels and very outdated in style The staff were charming from arrival to departure and an excellent breakfast selection...........Sadly no other meals were served as they said there was no restaurant. The rooms were spotless and inviting ,but very outdated in color and style, such dark colors gloomy halls where lights are automatic left me standing in the dark by the elevator. Not my taste but a happy stay ,Thanks"

"An extraordinary stop over. Although we read reviews we were not quite prepared for the ascent to the top of a 1700 m mountain ! However it was worth the climb and is not to be missed. "Even if you can keep it as clean as possible, the rooms are old and there was a strange ‘old’ smell in rooms, too. Environment, the staff and breakfast was all good. Only missing a ‘warm’ version for breakfast (e.g. no warm milk). We stayed for a night so can’t really judge the rest. "

"Great stay, upgraded from classic to luxury room. Very nice & welcoming personell. Great facilities and outstanding food at the Chatif Restaurant. The only minus was the loud music at breakfast which apparently was a due to a problem with the equipment."
