Die Tatsache, dass man ein Zimmer buchen kann, das nicht eingebettet ist, müsste etwas prominenter auf der Webseite erwähnt werden. Wenn man nach einer Motorradtour zuerst noch einbetten muss, ist das etwas mühsam. Ich hätte gerne ein paar Franken mehr bezahlt, dafür ein gemachtes Bett vorgefunden. Das Bad war einigermassen ok, hatte aber auch schon etwas Schimmel überall. Der Mopp in der Ecke ist auch nicht gerade ein schöner Touch. Das Schwimmbad haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Vals-les-Bains ist aber herzig und hat etwas zu bieten.

Très bel hôtel d'époque 19eme, idéal pour un week end romantique. Nous avons diner au restaurant de l hôtels. Les plats, très bon, ont gommé un service jeune et un peu maladroit. Bonne continuation.

Bel hôtel au charme désuet mais très sympa. Excellent petit déjeuner. 3 piscines extérieures dont une couverte. À 2 pas des Thermes et d’un grand parc. J’ai aimé.

Très déçus de la chambre

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son caractère et sa situation .. Nous avions choisi une chambre suite pour un couple et deux enfants de 17 et 14 ans . Comme décrit sur Hôtel.com Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre petite de 16m2 environ avec un lit double et 2 fauteuil lit!!! Nous étions très déçus !! Et en plus 2 serviettes de bains et 2 petites serviettes! Pour 4! Ma réservation mentionnait 4 personnes avec 4 lits dont 2 adultes ...ils m'ont dit que nous avions réservé pour 2 ce qui est faux ..et que nous aurions dû les appeler .. Nous avions fait confiance à Hôtel.com ...et voilà .. L'hôtel nous plait vraiment mais nous sommes très déçus de ne pas avoir eu notre belle chambre.. De plus c'était pour faire plaisir à une de nos petites filles pour son anniversaire d'avoir une chambre Royale!!! Nous étions placés ,en plus ,au fond de l'Hotel avec vue sur les arbres et la fenêtre de salles de bain donnait sur un jardin dépotoir avec plantes envahissante ras la fenêtre !!! Sinon le personnel est charmant ,le cadre exterieur et intérieur ,sauf notre chambre ,sont beaux et la situation est top ..

Grosse déception.

Hotel tres decevant. Pour un 3 etoiles pas de climatisation alors qu'il est situé en Ardèche, un département en zone rouge quasiment tous les étés. Un petit dejeuner à 12 euros par personne beaucoup trop cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé. Enfin cet hôtel n'a de "grand" que son nom en effet il est defraichi et meriterait un serieux coup de peinture. Nous ny retournerons pas.
